Fermented Soybean Meal (FSBM)

Soybean meal upgraded by controlled solid-state fermentation with selected cultures (Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Aspergillus). The process can hydrolyse large soy proteins into soluble protein and smaller peptides and reduce anti-nutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitor, glycinin and β-conglycinin — the extent is entirely process-dependent, so every batch ships with its own COA. Studied as a partial replacement for soybean meal or fishmeal protein in broiler and layer feed, calf starters, dairy TMR, and fish and shrimp diets, where young animals and aquatic species stand to gain most.
